Allen was one of the Prep Soccer standouts from the Girls Academy playoffs over the summer. She’s continued to impress and earned the attention of US Soccer scouts for this event. She was part of the Girls Academy National Talent ID. She was also invited to the Gotham FC Center of Excellence.

Allen is a very good center back who can do a bit of everything. She also has a booming kick that can drive the ball across the field in a hurry. She can play as the center of a back three or either side of the center back pair in a back four.

There is a lot of reason to feel like she has a future beyond for the youth national team. She’s also a multi-sport athlete who has a bright future in lacrosse as well.

Allen shutdown countless attacks for her side in the first half in the battle against West Florida Flames on Thursday. The center back had good positioning and a good read on the game.
