The La Roca Goalie is headed to BYU. Patience will be key from both parties as I think it will be a while before Facer is contributing on the field. Really tough for Goalkeepers to play much when they first step on campus. Being a great locker room presence, and culture setter will be key to Facer’s success.

Playing a year up for La Roca Facer was impressive against the Arizona Royals. She is a commanding presence that clears her lines well and made a number of impressive saves. Her drop kicks really caught my eye as she blasted them well past the half way line.
