Rand is left footed and one of the top outside backs in the Northeast. She has good pace to get up and down the field from the outside back spot. She is an excellent 1v1 defender who uses her body well to shield off players. Her skill on the ball makes her an option in the attack as well. There is a lot to like about Rand’s game, which make her a top target in her position from this class.
