If there is one position group that is lacking depth in the 2027 class, it is goalkeeper. Marshall is the top ranked player in that position from this class. She’s outstanding. Great hand, good feel for the game, excellent distribution. The FC Stars 09 goalkeeper has been brilliant this season at the club level. She’s fearless in the game and willing to throw her body at anything to stop the shot. She has some room to improve on her footwork on crosses. She’s good when the ball comes to her, but she wastes steps with indecision on balls that are away from her. A small improvement in that area will really take Marshall’s game to the next level.
