The Goalie of the Year Award goes to Westmont’s Tatiana Musgrove. The senior goalkeeper is ranked #111 in the nation, #39 in CA, and #5 in position for the class of 2026. I’ve previously covered her in ECNL matches, and at every event she was stellar. In my previous evaluation, the San Jose State commit made multiple stops in the second half on a surging Mustang SC offense. She was fearless in taking on forwards in 1v1s, and she showed her range in going up high and laterally. She is one of the best ECNL G08 goalkeepers with recent recognition. I look forward to seeing some San Jose State matches and seeing her on the pitch.

She seems to be getting better and better each time I’ve covered her and her team’s matches.

Three shutouts in Seattle and an exceptional resolve among the squad, Musgrove has to be feeling confident going into their matchup against San Diego Surf. It will be a matchup they know well, and Musgrove is poised for a quality performance should the cards favor Force in the quarterfinal.

Musgrove is a riser in the national rankings in this update. The De Anza Force 08 ECNL goalkeeper has been stellar this season. She’s an exceptional shot-stopper and been one of the bright spots of the De Anza squad. She has a good frame, strong hands, and quick reactions. There is a lot to like about her potential at the most important position on the field. Musgrove’s season has caught the attention of plenty of scouts. She was recently part of the US Soccer Talent ID event for Northern California. There is a reason to believe that she could be on the path to a full national team call up if she continues to perform at this level during the ECNL playoffs.
