There’s a lot of players who claim they are equally strong with their right and left feet. Not sure I’ve seen a player take free kicks and alternate which foot to strike the ball with like Padilla does. She’s got a unique quality in that regard. It’s effective too. She scored quite a few goals on free kicks at the high school level recently. She’s a talented dribbler who can put a defender on the ground with her tight cuts and body feints. Padilla’s technical skill and finishing quality makes her a top prospect among the uncommitted pool.

Padilla showed tremendous ability during the Showcase. She showed great athletic ability, tremendous agility as her ability to stop and start, to make defenders miss and create opportunities was excellent. She was able to beat defenders while on the ball, getting into dangerous areas to make chances. She demonstrated excellent finishing ability as well.

Padilla is a very talented player on the ball, showing incredible technical ability, and doing so with a calm demeanor that exudes confidence. She’s so comfortable with the ball at her feet that she is able to keep her head up at all times, she can take on defenders, really driving at them, creating opportunities, or attract a crowd before playing a clever little ball. Her ability to possess, to stay on the ball and to keep her balance and her composure is a driving force for her.
