Tenley earned her place in today’s spotlight because of one incredibly clutch moment.

With Beadling SC trailing 2-1 against New Mexico Soccer Academy and only minutes remaining, she rose above everyone in the box and powered home the equalizer with a tremendous header.

Aerial finishing is one of the most difficult skills in soccer, especially in late-game situations when the penalty area is crowded and every defender knows exactly where the ball is going. Yet Tenley timed her run perfectly and placed the header brilliantly beyond the goalkeeper’s reach while also keeping it over the back-post defender, who nearly cleared it off the line.

Considering the distance from goal and the pressure of the moment, it was an outstanding finish that rescued a result for her team.

After speaking with her following the game, it was easy to see that she’s just as humble off the field as she is talented on it.

The Beadling center back was a star for her side in the win over Washington East Surf. Fry made a number of key stops late in the game to help her team see out the victory.

The third‑ranked defender in Pennsylvania will look to defend Beadling to victory this postseason. Now coming off a strong year, she anchored the backline to a 12‑4‑0 record and a second‑place finish. Fry is a center back who controls the tempo, using her passing accuracy and vision to shift the rhythm when the game needs it. Then her 1v1 ability becomes the separator, and it should be on full display throughout the playoffs.

Fry is another rapid riser in the rankings. She was the best player from the Girls Academy Champions Cup for her side. The center back has everything in her toolkit to be an immediate contributor at the next level.

She’s on the dramatic rise during the 2025/2026 club season and should be the player scouts immediately highlight when looking for top difference-makers from the center back position. She’s athletic, competitive, and smart. She’s going to improve any program that she joins in the 2028 class.
