Saghafi is a winger from Oregon who previously played for the Timbers academy. He plays for Oregon Premier in the ECNL now. He is playing with Portland Bangers in the USL League Two this summer. Saghafi was also named the Oregon 2024 6A Player of the Year at the high school level. He is left footed and dangerously skillful with either foot – even in tight spaces. He’s a mesmerizing dribbler and that trait has especially shined at the high school and youth club level. He routinely puts defenders on the ground just trying to stay in front of him and keep their balance but his quick cuts and nifty footwork often leave defenders guessing the wrong way. His play at the USL League Two level this summer will be a clear indicator of how he can do at the next level.
