Dieterich is an old-school defender. She plays right center back for LVU Rush 09 ECNL RL team. She is fearless in the tackle. There are few players who execute a slide tackle as often or as successfully as Dieterich. Her physical defending style will work well at the next level – and gives some suggestion she could play as an outside back as well. Dieterich shuts down so many attacks against LVU Rush that any scout walking past the field will have to stop to watch her play. She should be on the radar for top programs in the Northeast.
