About Zariah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay is very high speed and high tempo. I play with quickness and use my speed as an advantage/add onto my technical ability. I can also switch it up if needed to have a calmer tempo where it is more focused on technique and passing.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is to keep going no matter what. Whether it is an injury or things going on at home, I continue to push through and will succeed. This mentality has its pros and cons, but with God everything is possible. I am a very cheerful and goofy person. Although, this comes out as I get comfortable and know you.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received multiple academic awards. I have been able to maintain honor roll throughout all my years of school. I have also received Student-Athlete award for the whole school freshman year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have good leadership skills. I have also been able to work on my patience on and off the field. I have great listening and comprehension skills.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Injuries are the biggest challenges I’ve had to face. They haven’t been career ending, but they have kept me out from playing a few times. But with the right therapy, I have been able to overcome them.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am open to any D1 colleges that will help me grow as a player physically and mentally. I am also looking for a college with good academics and overall good experiences.

Very interesting player who is headed to South Carolina State. She may be small but she is an extremely powerful athlete who can wack a ball really hard and has amazing tight space dribbling ability. She can weave through defenses at will when she gets going and I think could be a real sleeper in this 2026 class. I wouldn’t be surprised if she moved up in class after a year or two.
