Now that Texas and Hawaii have started winter season play, all seven winter states are in action.
This week, we add 10 more players to the PrepSoccer.net Winter All-America Watch List, led by several standouts from the National Elite Prep Showcase, which was held in Texas.
Here are the next 10 for the list:
<p class="p1"><strong>F [player_tooltip player_id="26502" first="Audrey" last="Bryant"], Ursuline Academy (Texas), Fr.</strong></p>
Already one of the nation’s top prospects for her graduating year, Bryant was among the NEPS standouts. She earned first-team honors, highlighted by scoring the winning goal in the team’s 1-0 decision over defending public school champion Flower Mound.
<strong>M [player_tooltip player_id="26916" first="Kennedy" last="Fuller"], Southlake Carroll (Texas), Fr.</strong>
Part of a big-time youth movement at this perennial winter national power, Fuller was a first-team all-NEPS performer following the team's perfect showing at the event.
<strong>GK [player_tooltip player_id="27140" first="Olivia" last="Geller"], Southlake Carroll (Texas), Fr.</strong>
Geller was voted the Goalkeeper of the Tournament at NEPS. This week, she will be training with the Under-15 National Team in California.
<strong>M [player_tooltip player_id="27174" first="Piper" last="Hemperly"], Marcus (Texas), Sr.</strong>
Marcus delivered a 3-0 showing at NEPS, in part thanks to the play of Hemperly, who was an All-NEPS first-team selection.
<strong>F [player_tooltip player_id="27306" first="Theresa" last="McCullough"], Grapevine (Texas), Jr.</strong>
A wing player, McCullough had a pair of assists at NEPS and was the team’s top all-around performer.
<strong>F/M [player_tooltip player_id="19037" first="Allison" last="Montoya"], Mountain View (Calif.), Sr., Stanford</strong>
A state Star as a freshman and sophomore, Montoya is making a strong case for All-America honors in 2022. She has a team-best 14 goals as Mountain View is off to an undefeated start.
<strong>M [player_tooltip player_id="27245" first="Sisley" last="Stephens"], Denton Guyer (Texas), Sr., Arkansas-Little Rock</strong>
The Arkansas-Little Rock signee scored three goals and assisted on another in two matches at the NEPS.
<strong>F [player_tooltip player_id="20043" first="Paige" last="Thompson"], Las Lomas (Calif.), Fr.</strong>
The freshman standout is one of two players added this week who will be participating in the U.S. Under-15 National Team camp in Chula Vista, Calif. Thompson scored a pair of goals in Los Lomas’ first five matches.
<strong>D [player_tooltip player_id="19258" first="Charis" last="Toney"], Mountain View (Calif.), Sr., Northwestern</strong>
While Montoya is doing the offensive work, Toney is anchoring a defense that has surrendered only five goals in an 11-0-1 start.
<strong>F Reneta Vargas, Coppell (Texas), Sr.</strong>
Vargas led Coppell to a 1-0-1 showing at NEPS with the tie coming in a showdown with fellow nationally ranked Ursuline Academy. Vargas was an all-tournament first-team pick.
