757 (VA) Boys Team Rankings
There was nearly another new No. 1 in southeast Virginia, but Diego Armas saved First Colonial with stoppage time and extra-time goals to beat Ocean Lakes on Tuesday night. The Top 15 remained the same but there was movement from 15-20 with Ocean Lakes and Bayside dropping from the rankings being replaced by Granby and Nansemond River.
Ten of the top 20 were idle this week between spring break and mother nature canceling Thursday night’s action, and next week will be light as well with the Beach, Eastern, and Southeastern districts all on spring break.
The Peninsula District has Kecoughtan, Woodside, Warwick, and Gloucester sitting just outside the top 20 and all have important matches against each other in the next two weeks.
