The Horned Frogs have the eye for talent and the gift of gab to sell the top players on the program. Moy is a top player from PDA (New Jersey) that is headed to TCU. It is pretty easy to see why TCU wanted her. She is a complete player from the midfield role - strong in the tackle, good passer, and great first touch.
