Between Friday and Sunday, 210 teams, including some of the best in the country, will be in action in Murfreesboro in order to test themselves and show what they can do.
It will be a great opportunity to watch some exciting prospects in action against strong competition and these forwards should be among the most lethal of the event:
Chloe Catalano
Chloe Catalano
Catalano and her Pride SC 06/05 team will meet Florida Elite, South Carolina United and Del Mar Sharks during the event in Tennessee. With her ability to make plays from wider positions, Catalano will be an important piece of their offense. She’s fast, uses her body well and can pass, dribble and shoot at a high level with either foot, which makes of her a little bit unpredictable when in possession. Catalano makes good runs behind the backline, but is also strong at getting the ball with her back to goal, turning around and going at defenders. She’s also solid at set pieces and can play on either side of the attack.
Camille Quarterman
Camille Quarterman
Quarterman will be leading the line of Atlanta Fire United 06/05 this week against Washington Premier, Bethesda SC and FC Alliance. Capable of playing as a winger or as a striker, she brings a lot of energy and intensity to the field and keeps defenders busy with her non-stop movement off the ball. Quarterman is very fast and she uses that to make dangerous runs behind the backline and to beat defenders off the dribble in space. She’s excellent in transition as she always finds good spots to get on the ball and, once she’s going towards the goal, she’s really hard to be stopped. The forward also does a good job of tracking back and helping her team on defense.
Drago and her team San Diego Surf 07 will go across the country to play SUSA FC, Internationals SC and Real Colorado National. The center forward will be one of the team’s main offensive weapons this week with her ability to finish and create chances. Drago’s movement off the ball is excellent and her positioning inside the penalty box is always perfect, which helps explain the insane amount of one-time finish goals she gets to score – several of which off of corner kicks. She likes to drop back and get involved in the team’s playmaking too and does very well in shielding the ball from defenders and initiating combination plays and finding good passes to teammates. Drago is also very consistent and produces at a high level day in, and day out.
Highlights
Perkins and her team Crossfire Premier 08 will be challenged by SUSA FC, San Diego Surf and Bethesda SC this week in Murfreesboro. The top Class of 2026 prospect in Washington according to our rankings, she has the entire package when it comes to being a winger. Perkins is fast, skilled, smart and very dynamic when on the ball. Her ball control is outstanding and she’s excellent at changing directions when dribbling the ball, often beating defenders with quick moves. She uses both feet well to pass and dribble and is an excellent finisher, who gets to send the ball on frame even when shooting from difficult angles.
Highlights
Lewis will play a big role in Sting Austin 08’s offense when they face NC Courage, Arlington Soccer and Mustang SC this week. She’s part of a strong offense and contributes to it by adding great pace and aggressiveness on the wing. Lewis typically plays on the left, where she can keep defenders guessing with her ability to take the ball to the end line or to bring it inside to shoot. She’s very direct and really speeds up in the final third, finishing plays in a few seconds. Lewis is even more dangerous in transition, when she has more space to run, and also does an excellent job of tracking back and helping the team regain possession.
