Tennessee ECNL Showcase: FC Alliance G08 vs Rebels SC ECNL G08

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The game was off to a quick start. FC Alliance was the first to make it to the attacking third in the first three minutes. [player_tooltip player_id='227203' first='Jayla' last='Blue'] had a great chance with an excellent strike. Unfortunately for FC Alliance, it hits the crossbar. Rebels SC had some great moments to counterattack. FC Alliance created more chances throughout the match than the Rebels. FC Alliance went up 1-0 in the thirty-fifth minute of the match. Rebels had a great chance just moments after the goal was scored to equalize but weren't able to take advantage. After the goal, the last fifteen minutes of the game were more competitive. FC Alliance's Morgan Holloway was able to get the second and final goal of the match. The first goal against the Rebels was unfortunate for Givens. She had good technique when making saves and prevented a number of opportunities from being in the back of the net. She was willing to come out and off her line to make a save. Givens also showed she has good passing abilities.
