Boys Players to Watch: Eastern Pennsylvania State Cup Finals

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer will be hosting its NCS State Cups (U12-U17) and Presidents Cup finals on Saturday at WSFS Bank Sportsplex in Chester in the shadow of Subaru Park, the home of the Philadelphia Union.
