They get an extra year to get ready before making the jump to U-18. He's a tough wing back who is very good going forward and has an awesome engine to get up and down the field. He is equally as comfortable playing center back. But his ability to get the ball on the half turn and facilitate is the reason he is just as comfortable in midfield. Will be interesting to see if he signs a homegrown deal in San Jose or a professional contract overseas. He is so slippery in 1 v 1 and even 1 v 2 situations. He glides with the ball and doesn't slow down when he's on it. He can use both feet and is an absolute nightmare to defend around the box for his opposition. He is just as comfortable in an attacking midfielder role. His creativity along with his vast diversity in ball skills makes up for his lack in size.
