When you watch Baker, she gives you the feeling that she dominates the position and she knows she's going to change the game. She is fearless, active, alert and athletic. She reacts so quickly that it's hard to beat her, even point blank. She is incredibly tough to beat. She comes off her line incredibly fast, making good decisions as to when it is time to do so. She has great range and heightened awareness. She is one of the top keepers in the 2028 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='160009' first='Farrah' last='Carrillo'], Beach FC

Carrillo has such a feel for the position. She positions herself so subtly that you do not realize that she is one step ahead of the attacking players. She reads the game so well and moves with the ball accordingly. She is a great shot stopper, whether it be from point blank range or from distance, she has strong hands and parry's well so she doesn't end up spilling the ball. She's got great feet as well.

Cortes is a leader and a true student of the game. She shows a great understanding of positioning and knows how to react and when. She's strong and physical, and very brave. She comes out for balls with command, she closes on attackers with aggression and she can make every kind of save.

Brooke Volpp, San Diego Surf

Volpp can make all the saves. Sprawling, diving, getting low, balls aimed for the roof and everything in between. She covers her near post well, and is so good at cutting off the angle to the far post. She seems to just have a geometric understanding of how to play the position. She has great reaction time, she's athletic and she's fearless as she is not afraid to come out and make a challenge. She's also quite good in distribution. She's a top keeper from the 2028 class.
