NORCO, California - The Girls Academy Winter Showcase and Champions Cup wrapped up on Monday from the Silverlakes Complex in Southern California. The event brought hundreds of the top club teams in the country to one location for the three-game event. From the action, there were a number of players in the attack who stood out from the games. Below are some of the top scorers from the event.

[player_tooltip player_id='275349' first='Skyley' last='Mecham'], Las Vegas Sports Academy 09 - Mecham scored in every game for LVSA, which finished the event as one of the top scoring teams with 16 goals in three games. The center forward is an excellent poacher. She gets to the right spots and knows how to put the ball in the goal. She is a determined forward who will not be denied.

[player_tooltip player_id='275350' first='Sophie' last='Sachs'], Las Vegas Sports Academy 09 - Sachs was another standout from the LVSA attack. While Mecham was the hammer, Sachs was the chisel. The skillful forward did well on the dribble and beat her mark with the ball at her feet. She had a number of classy finishes during this event. Sachs has the quality to shine at the next level with her playmaking qualities too - she had a few assists as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='275348' first='Paige' last='Bradley'], Colorado United 09 - The captain of the Colorado United side scored a hat trick within the first 18 minutes of the win against Oregon Premier on the last day of the event. She scored one with her head, which showed her aerial duel prowess. She drew a penalty kick for the opening goal - and converted from the spot. I was impressed with her quality on the ball. She slalomed through defenders on the dribble with close control and good skill.

[player_tooltip player_id='275347' first='Heaven' last='Kirk'], Southern Soccer Academy 09 - It felt like Kirk was involved in nearly every attacking action SSA had during the Winter Showcase. The five-foot-nine forward proved to be a pivotal part of one of the most dynamic attacks at the event. She was good on the ball, excellent at timing her runs behind the defense, and lethal in the final third. The forward had a highlight reel performance game-after-game at the event. Her assist against Murrieta Soccer Academy showed off her high-level tactical understanding of the center forward position as well as her ability to drive in a cross. [player_tooltip player_id='275346' first='Liliana' last='Martinez'] was another bright spot of the SSA attack.

[player_tooltip player_id='275357' first='Keira' last='Arce'], Albion SC San Diego 09 - Arce was impressive in the win over New Mexico Soccer Academy. The forward created chances on her own with her unrelenting effort. She also got on the end of chances and scored the opening goal for her side.

Madonna Helf, SC Wave 09 - Helf was outstanding in the win over Spokane Sounders. She created a pair of goals with her play in the final third. The SC Wave midfielder was a key catalyst of an attack that scored 11 goals in the last two games of the event. Maya Staples and Maricella Rivera were also standouts for SC Wave.

[player_tooltip player_id='275356' first='Jacelynn' last='Estrada'], BVB International Academy Texas - Estrada hit an unstoppable shot for the opening goal in the high-scoring shootout against LA Surf on the final day of the event. The midfielder showed excellent ball-striking technique to find the back of the net from 30 yards out. She scored a second goal in the game on a dazzling dribbling display and calm finish. She's a top player from the 2010 group.

Raquel Neiman, LA Surf 2010 - Neiman scored a pair of goals in the showdown against BVB on the final day of the event as she helped her team to a perfect 3-0 record. The LA Surf forward ended the event with four goals from the three games. A center forward with good finishing instincts, Neiman proved to be one of the top attacking talents at the event.
