Kopmeyer is the top ranked prospect in Ohio's 2028 class. She is part of the US U16 Women's Youth National Team. She was named ECNL Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year in the U15 age group last season. She's an attacking midfielder with excellent skill on the ball, quick feet, and vision. Kopmeyer's attributes pop in every regard and it's easy to spot her quality at the ECNL level. She already looks ready to play at a much faster pace in the near future.

[player_tooltip player_id='279058' first='Cali' last='Hejduk'] is the daughter of US Men's National Team legend Frankie Hejduk. That's not a reason she is ranked so highly on this list. The youngster has earned her spot with her play at the club level over the past couple of seasons. She's got this burst of pace on the ball that makes it seem like she is moving at 1.5 speed compared to everyone else on the field. She's a playmaker on the ball and makes magic happen for her team. Hejduk is one of the top talents in the country and has been part of the US U15 Women's Youth National Team.

Do-everything. Boss. Left-footed midfielder.

Harper is a midfielder/forward on the Kings Hammer ECNL 09 team. She is the midfield general of that team. She's five-foot-11 and left-footed. With her long legs and strength, she dominates duels in the center of the field. She was excellent during the ECNL event in Florida with her play all over the field including scoring a great goal off a free kick. Harper is arguably the safest bet in this class for next level impact. She's already got the physical profile to be a star at a top program. She combines that with her skill and ability to hammer the ball with either foot and the upside is outrageous.

Gaydos is the goalkeeper on the Internationals 09 ECNL team. She was named to the Ohio Valley All-Conference First Team. She's an excellent shot-stopper. She has great technique on her dive and cleanly blocks the shots she can reach. She's a fearless goalkeeper who will get off her line quickly to shut down a through-ball. The Internationals standout has the highest upside among goalkeepers in this class.

Sanders was recently profiled on the site for being part of the US Soccer Talent ID event in February. She was also part of the US Soccer U14 Girls National Team event last year. Sanders' versatility is her strength. She shines as a winger just as much as she does an outside back. The Internationals standout is one to watch at Showcase events in 2025.
