He possesses very good technical abilities, with exceptional ball control. He turns with precision, always keeping the ball close to his feet, and plays passes perfectly, delivering them to his teammates feet or forward foot. Washburn's technical abilities, combined with his awareness, make playing out of the back look easy. He always gets his head up, scanning the field, knowing where his teammates are, and picking them out with excellent execution. Distributing the ball with precision and ease either to the sides of forwards. Tall, fast, and physical; getting the ball off him is no easy task. Baptiste turns on a dime and shows quick acceleration, dribbling with speed while keeping the ball close to his feet, and his stature helps him hold off defenders well. As well as being aggressive, he will chase you down and is not afraid to get rough to win the ball. A right-back by trade but oftentimes as a right-midfielder or right-winger, he is great at carrying the ball up the field and providing support for the forwards. when he is forward up the field, he is quick to drop back and defend. Baker is direct aggressive with his play, looking to take player on and likes to cut in and take the shot or find a pass. He is physical and no-nonsense when it comes to defending, going in for slide tackles and doing whatever it takes to win the ball. He times his tackles, more often than not coming out with the ball. Baker is quickly and effectively gets the ball from one end of the field to the other, and provides another attacking threat down the right side. A left-back, he is comfortable on the ball, keeping it close to his feet, and liking to go up and down the left hand side. He hardly ever forces the play, playing the ball back to the the center-backs or the keeper. Having a good first touch, it sets hims up perfectly to play the pass or even to calm the play a little. He plays with his head up, aware of his surroundings and thinking two steps. Pulliam distributes the ball effectively, finding feet nearly every time. He also runs well with the ball, close control and not taking bing strides.
