3A Matchday 3's Best Players

As was the case for <a href="https://prepsoccer.com/2025/03/3a-week-2s-best-players/">2A</a>, leaving a week-long gap for 3A allowed many teams to catch up with the rest. With more teams at play, more players have their stage to shine on. Some players continue impressing, proving their consistency. Others had their spark come through during this matchday. The following were the best performing this week, in my opinion.    Charlise impresses week after week, showing how talented she is in attack. Her relentless nature in the final third makes her a constant headache for the opposing defense. The way she positions herself to receive the ball helps her beat the defenders easily. She moves with the ball comfortably, even under pressure. As noted before, her finishing is fantastic. Her finishing shined through in Matchday 3, scoring 4 goals.     Ayah is an interesting talent playing as a left-midfielder. She constantly helps her team by providing width. Whether she receives the ball or not, she allows her team space to move through the channels. Her dribbling is good as she is always looking to drive the ball forward. She's always ready to receive the ball and try to create danger. This includes plays she helps build, not just limiting herself to dribbling. Her vision is also very good, finding teammates in great positions.     Fleury is a fantastic striker who helps finalize her team's great build-up. She's incredibly fast, exploding into space whenever a ball is played in. Her central positioning, combined with her pace, makes her a constant weapon as a runner in behind the defense. The runs she makes are also very smart, knowing exactly when to start and where to go. When she takes off, she's impossible to catch up to for the defenders. Even when they throw themselves at her, she evades them thanks to her sheer pace. When she arrives in the box, she demonstrates her fantastic finishing. Confident and calm, she slots the ball in the back of the net easily.     Maelie once again impresses at this level, proving that she's a distinguished talent again and again. In this match, she played deep, helping spark plays from deep in midfield. Her intelligence and attack-minded principles helped make her team effective. Once again, shining with her dribbling and her vision, she put on a show by embarrassing the defenders. Her shooting also remains fantastic, scoring from wherever she wants. She will continue shining as the season progresses since she is a clear talent.     Callie is the main striker for her team, who makes her team click in the final third. Fast and agile, she's incredibly hard to defend on the ball. Her dynamic nature is a huge asset for her attack, posing a problem wherever she is in attack. If she has to play more centrally, she exhibits the qualities of a "traditional" number 9. Being the main target to find the goal when she's in the box, she feels no pressure to make herself some space to capitalize from. Her shots always keep the goalkeeper on high alert, if it hasn't already beat them, sometimes even embarrassingly. If she needs to go out wide, she's incredibly selfless and intelligent, setting up teammates to score wonderfully.
