The atmosphere was incredible as about 1,300 people crammed into Reach Sports Complex Stadium to watch these young women compete. The game itself was a very entertaining, end to end, high scoring affair. Almost every player playing in the game is uncommitted so there was a lot of pressure to perform. Here are a handful of players whom I thought showed really well during the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='154741' first='Jaidyn' last='Williams']- The MVP of this game was Williams. The [program_tooltip program_id='283425' first='[program_tooltip program_id='283424' first='Pateadores' last='']' last=''] striker scored two goals one of which was an absolutely beautiful finish. She got on the end of a through ball, took one dribble did a Cristiano chop onto her left foot and bent the ball right into the top left corner with her left foot from just inside the 18 yard box. She caused constant problems for the opposition. Definitely one to look at in the future.

Samantha Maudsley- The Utah Avalanche winger scored against superstar goalie [player_tooltip player_id='19625' first='Kai' last='Beary'] with an amazing shot from the left wing outside of the 18. She pressed and nicked the ball from the opposing right back. She then created a little bit of space on the dribble and ripped an incredible shot that sailed right into the top corner. She was clean in possession throughout her time on the pitch.

Nyashadzashe Chinyadza- Fantastic player out of the Michigan Hawks who scored a good goal and had an overall great outing. Her physical gifts are clear as she can cover ground quickly. Very fluid mover through space. She took her goal well with a tidy finish. She presses and battles with defenders when the ball is loose.

Petra Kawesi-Mukooza- the girl can ball. She tackles so hard, incredible destroyer of opposition play. She's a Kante type of player. Defensive motor, enforcer who can also complete a pass. Arlington Soccer Club did a great job developing this one. There were always be work at the division 1 level for a player like her.

[player_tooltip player_id='112203' first='Arianna' last='Dominguez']- was fun to watch as she probably got the most ohh's and ahh's from the crowd from open play. Great dribbler who can send players the wrong way consistently.

[player_tooltip player_id='19625' first='Kai' last='Beary']- It took a wonder goal to beat her. The rest of the time she was impressive. She's tall and super long. Claims balls out of the air on crosses and corners for fun. And then will proceed to punt the ball to the other side of the center circle for her strikers after she catches it.

[player_tooltip player_id='282418' first='Sadie' last='Seidel']- Very clean on the ball when she came on. Manipulates the ball in a way that you just don't see for a girl her age.

[player_tooltip player_id='19237' first='Camryn' last='Dillingham']- The [program_tooltip program_id='283312' first='Davis' last='Legacy'] striker has an impressive burst and top end speed. Loves a 1 v 1 dribble as well.

Charleigh Smith- Colorado Rush should be very proud of their young midfielder. She put in a really good shift for the East as she was really clean in possession. Very shifty when she was forced to dribble and got out of binds well.

[player_tooltip player_id='111097' first='Chloe' last='Miller']- Solid as a rock. Headers will be won, tackles will be made, successful dribbles will be completed. You know what you're getting every time.
