4A Matchday 7’s Best Performers

The 4A level's second-to-last matchday article features fantastic talents. With some that have featured before and others who feature for the first time, this list includes talents who shone in a crucial stretch of the season. Though matchday 7 provided more talents than the ones included, these were the best in my opinion.    Emma appears in this series <a href="https://prepsoccer.com/2025/05/4a-matchday-6s-best-performers/">once again</a>, proving how she performs so consistently. The attacking midfielder set the match alight with her technical prowess. A player who loves dribbling within the channels, she confuses defenders with her risky and effective dribbling. She doesn't look for open spaces to start running towards goal, which, ironically, helps her incredibly. Her fast movement leaves the defenders behind her, making her an essential player to ignite attacks. When she's in the box, she demonstrates her immense finishing ability. She beats the keeper either near or far post easily, proving to be dangerous for more than just the defenders.     Isabella is a very interesting talent as a striker, proving to have essential attributes for her position. In open space, she uses her pace to get into prime shooting positions. She combines this pace with tirelessness, making her a nuisance for opposing defenders all game long. In the box, she shows how strong her finishing ability is. She finds the target easily, with her conversion rate showing how she also finds the back of the net easily. One aspect I found intriguing was her ability to shoot while running. Her link-up play is also very good, dropping back sometimes to help circulate the ball in the final third.     Morgan is a very exciting prospect who also proves to be greatly consistent. The central midfielder loves to have the ball at her feet, often asking for it when she finds herself in a pocket of space. She'll move wherever the play needs her to move to, dropping back or pushing forward seamlessly. On the ball, she proves to be very technically gifted. She gets past her markers with subtle movements, which open up space for her and her team. Her passes are fantastic, combining both accuracy and risk. Those risky passes find players in prime position, making her a great playmaker.     Amaya is also a very exciting talent, but in this case, she's a striker. She tends to be the focal point in attack, but she doesn't just stay centrally. If she needs to do so, she'll drift wide to receive the ball. Movement in the final third makes her a constant danger, being hard to anticipate. Anticipating her is made all the more difficult thanks to her blistering pace. Extremely fast, if she finds open space, she'll make sure it's exploited. Her first touch also helps her control the ball easily when she's running into space. In the box, her finishing is great, bagging goals for fun.     Leila is a talented striker who is great when she's in the box. Her central positioning helps her team find her when she's in the final third. When she's in the box, she excels the most. Her ability to shoot and turn when her back is to goal helps her get plenty of shots off unexpectedly. With the amount of chances her team creates, she constantly finds herself in positions to get shots off. Her linkup play is also very decent, helping her team advance play.
