ECNL RL Players Rising in 2027 PA Prep Soccer Rankings

The Prep Soccer state rankings for the Pennsylvania 2027 class will be updated this week. Prior to the release of the new rankings, we take a look at players from the ECNL RL who are making rising in the rankings. Check out the scouting reports on the talent from that league below.    Lazaroff is a defender on the [program_tooltip program_id='283649' first='FC' last='DELCO'] 09 ECNL RL team. She plays right center back for her club team. She is a versatile player. She can play any spot along the backline. She moves her feet well and never gets caught on her heels. She's excellent as a 1v1 defender, and also has the tactical smarts to play as the last line of defense. Lazaroff has been a key player for the [program_tooltip program_id='283649' first='FC' last='DELCO'] side and their success this season.     Biles is a forward on the [program_tooltip program_id='283649' first='FC' last='DELCO'] 09 ECNL RL team. She was named to the ECNL All-Regional North Atlantic Team last season for her play in that league. Based on the scouting from this class on Pennsylvania as a whole, Biles is better than many players in the ECNL. Biles has a good first touch, pace to get behind the defense, and a finisher's mentality around the box. Biles is an elite talent who might be slightly overlooked given the letters after her team name, but she can play and compete against anyone.     Cromer is a midfielder on the [program_tooltip program_id='283649' first='FC' last='DELCO'] 09 ECNL RL team. She can play as a box-to-box midfielder or as a defensive midfielder. She was named to the ECNL All-Regional North Atlantic Team last season. Cromer is an impactful two-way player. She makes quick decisions on the ball. She's active defensively in hounding the opposition into mistakes. She's aggressive in the tackle. Her play in the center of the field sets the tone for her side. Cromer has been one of the top players in the ECNL RL this season.     Milich is a defender on the HEX [program_tooltip program_id='283334' first='FC' last='Bucks'] 09 ECNL RL team. She plays left center back for her club team. She's a solid defender, stays in front of the mark, gets in the way and makes a number of blocks in the game. Milich can track attacking talent among the best of them. She's good on the ball as well and can make splitting passes against a pressing opposition. Milich and [program_tooltip program_id='283334' first='FC' last='Bucks'] had a rough start to the campaign, but they have been stacking better performances lately and making noise in that league.     Axenroth is a wide midfielder on the YMS 09 ECNL RL team. She plays left midfield for her club side. She's a true two-way player. She's putting in a full shift up-and-down the flank for her side. She's regularly making key defensive plays with her tracking runs or cutting out crosses to the far post. However, most of her highlights are in the attack. She's routinely scoring or contributing assists for her side. Axenroth's two-way play suggests versatility to her game that should make her a valuable piece for any recruiting class.     Patrick is a defender on the YMS 09 ECNL RL team. She plays left center back for her club team. She's got the athletic profile to be a top candidate for scouts in this class. She wins aerial duels consistently. She has the pace to shutdown the top attacking talent in the ECNL RL. She is impossible to take off the field with her leadership qualities. Patrick could improve in her ball retention skills. She has a tendency to turn into the opposition when chasing down long balls rather than playing through her goalkeeper to keep possession for her side. She has the ball quality to accomplish that easily. Patrick has a lot of potential and finding center backs with her athleticism is rare.     Bubnis is a name that all scouts should know from this class. She's a five-foot-six midfielder who plays like she is six-feet tall. She's an imposing presence on the field, and it's impossible to watch [program_tooltip program_id='286868' first='Reading' last='Rage'] Surf play without remarking on Bubnis' contributions. She's an attacking midfielder with a canon for a leg. She's right footed. She routinely scores long range shots from outside of the box. She's got a good first touch and sets herself up for success with where she takes that touch away from pressure. She's good in the improvisation of the game as she quickly makes decisions and knows how to get the ball off her feet quickly. Bubnis is a top talent in the ECNL RL and should be on the radar for all scouts.     Pekuri is a midfielder on the [program_tooltip program_id='286868' first='Reading' last='Rage'] 09 ECNL RL. She can play as a defensive midfielder or an attacking midfielder. There's a future for her in either role and she's had outstanding performances that show her potential in either spot as well. Pekuri's ability to read the game and cut out passes are her elite skill. She also strikes the ball about as well as anyone in the Pennsylvania 2027 class. Pekuri can score goals from over 30 yards out on goal - and she does often. Pekuri's ability to strike a ball so cleanly offers a unique passing range for her side. She can influence the game in both ways and has been outstanding this season at the club level.     Finkbiner was previously listed as a midfielder, but it looks like she is playing left back this season. She's been excellent in that role. She's a weapon for her team with her skill on the ball and ability to beat her mark off the dribble. She's so confident on the dribble that she gets around players with ease and plays with her head up to pick out teammates. Finkbiner has the work rate to be a star 1v1 defender, but her team tends to dominate the possession so much of the focus is on her contributions in the attack. She tends to play wide - on the touch line for the most part, which opens up the field for her team as the opposition can't allow her too much space. Finkbiner is one of the players who will likely have a lot of fans among coaches as outside back isn't a position of strength in this class and she offers elite traits to suggest she will be an impactful player at the next level.     Bender is a midfielder on the [program_tooltip program_id='286868' first='Reading' last='Rage'] Surf 09 ECNL RL. She previously played for [program_tooltip program_id='283649' first='FC' last='DELCO'] at the ECNL level. She is a multi-sport athlete - basketball. Bender is a player who impressed from game film. She might have some of the quickest feet in Pennsylvania. She's a high activity player and stars in the box-to-box role. She likes to play combination soccer and look to break the press with interchanging passes. She shows good soccer intelligence with her runs off the ball and timing of those runs. Bender is one of the talented pieces of the [program_tooltip program_id='286868' first='Reading' last='Rage'] side that has been dominant in the ECNL RL this season.     Dieterich is an old-school defender. She plays right center back for [program_tooltip program_id='286486' first='LVU' last='Rush'] 09 ECNL RL team. She is fearless in the tackle. There are few players who execute a slide tackle as often or as successfully as Dieterich. Her physical defending style will work well at the next level - and gives some suggestion she could play as an outside back as well. Dieterich shuts down so many attacks against [program_tooltip program_id='286486' first='LVU' last='Rush'] that any scout walking past the field will have to stop to watch her play. She should be on the radar for top programs in the Northeast.     Walker is an outside back on the [program_tooltip program_id='286486' first='LVU' last='Rush'] 09 ECNL RL team. She plays right back for her club team. She's an aggressive defender who likes to play tight to the mark and jump on any bad touch with a tackle. She's quick and has excellent instincts as a 1v1 defender. She's good in the transition moments of the game. She finds excellent passes going forward to create advantages for her side. Walker has been a top performer in the ECNL RL this season. She is also part of the EPYSA ODP in the past and a varsity player on the Gwynedd Mercy Academy.     Zechman is an attacking talent on the [program_tooltip program_id='286486' first='LVU' last='Rush'] 09 ECNL RL team. She can play forward, attacking midfield, or even defensive midfield. From game film, I've mainly seen her play in an attacking role - forward or attacking midfield. Her quality shines when she can play off others. She likes to beat the opposition with her passing and movement. She does have the ball skills to dribble past defenders, but it doesn't always show up on game film as her first option. She's got the creativity to break down a block defense. Her quick feet and balance are the highlights when working out of tight spaces. She's a top attacking talent in ECNL RL.
