She is an agile player who can feature in a number of roles across the defense as well as defensive midfield. She is comfortable on the ball and quick in the tackle, which suggests the qualities to feature in the midfield as well. Schaeffer has been an excellent addition for [program_tooltip program_id='283497' first='Sting' last='Austin'] - confident on the ball, leader on the field, and plays with a swagger. She's an elite two-way player. She's got quick feet and good lower body strength. She is effective in the duel and her aggressive nature flourishes in 1v1 situations. She has the pace to get past players with ease. She is left footed and can play outside back or winger. She has been part of US Soccer Talent ID events in the past. She had a stellar rookie season for Mount Olive during the fall. Molina is a skillful player who has taken on a starring role in the past in the attack, but has a higher ceiling as an outside back. She's got great balance and body control. She's an elusive dribbler. She is excellent in the duel with her quick feet and strength. She is a left back with a high ceiling - and probably could up as one of the best outside backs in this class. She has everything. She's got the pace, engine, and skill for an elite prospect. She hits a great service from the wide channel. Her patience and composure on the ball also stand out as a strong point of her game. She is used in a more attacking role for her club team. She is a versatile player who will make plays for her team at any spot on the field. She's dynamic on the ball with a great change of pace and close control. She is a very good finisher. Defensively, she is a smart player and uses her body well in the challenge. Ryan is a player with massive upside and stands out from game film immediately.
