Boy’s California High School Coverage: Seniors Edition

We have had some very impressive statistics being put up by these players including one whom I believe is an early favorite for Gatorade Player of The Year. Castrejon has a combination of insane statistics and being on an excellent program whom are a real threat to win a state championship. He has 34 goals (leads all seniors in CA) and 11 assists in 17 games played so far this season. His Jaguars side are ranked 17th in the state and just outside of the top 50 Nationally. With 24 goals in 10 games played he has been quite productive for the top 250 program. They are 9-2-0 so far this season with a handful of games left. He has 19 goals in 13 games played to go along with 8 assists. The Bears are ranked just outside of the top 250 and have posted a 9-3-3 record so far this season. They will need Guzman to continue his dominance if they are going to make a deep playoff run. His Clovis North side are the highest ranked team of the players being featured in this article (4th in CA and 18th Nationally.) He has been their talisman this season with 18 goals and 8 assists in 12 matches so far. The Broncos remain undefeated at 10-0-2 and if results continue upwards will be one of the favorites to acquire a state championship. The Vikings are ranked 23rd in the state, 75th nationally and are 12-2-3 thus far. Miller has also scored 6 goals in 14 matches which gives him a total of 32 goal contributions on the season.
