The midfielder, however, was in top form in a 1-0 loss to [program_tooltip program_id='278027' first='Solar' last='SC ECNL'] G11 in the group phase, delivering intensity and quality in the center of the field. Ladd was very active and efficient offensively, helping set up attacking plays with smart, first-time passes and doing a good job of driving the ball forward through the center of the field. She was also very determined defensively, working hard to shield the team's backline and dropping deep to make defensive plays inside her own penalty box on some occasions.

Walker helped her [program_tooltip program_id='278027' first='Solar' last='SC ECNL'] G11 team triumph in the U16 Division while playing up. She was very good in their toughest match in the tournament, a 1-0 win over [program_tooltip program_id='283648' first='FC' last='Dallas'] ECNL G10 in the group phase. Operating as an attacking midfielder, Walker had a big role in Solar's offense, showing great quality on the ball and vision in the final third to create goalscoring opportunities. The attacking midfielder demonstrated impressive technical skills to make plays in the attacking half and also stood out with her maturity, consistently making the right choices, even when she was under pressure.

Criswell played for the [program_tooltip program_id='283311' first='Dallas' last='Texans'] ECNL G10 team that progressed all the way to the event's U16 Division's semifinals. She was one of the top players on her team in a highly competitive 3-3 tie with [program_tooltip program_id='283648' first='FC' last='Dallas'] ECNL RL G10 in the group phase. Playing as an attacking midfielder, Criswell operated more centrally and, even closely defended by opponents, managed to make things happen with smart moves and first-time touches. She also showed good quality when she drifted wide, beating opponents off the dribble and making plays on the wing.

Goncalves featured for the [program_tooltip program_id='278027' first='Solar' last='SC ECNL'] G10 team that competed in the U17 Division semifinals. She did very well in their 6-0 group phase win over [program_tooltip program_id='283648' first='FC' last='Dallas'] White ECNL RL NTX G09, helping set up offensive plays from central midfield. Originally an attacking player, Goncalves adjusted well to the role, moving very well off the ball to consistently be an option to her teammates. Despite having more time on the ball than she's used to in more advanced roles, she did well in moving it quickly, needing no time to scan the field and delivering the ball to an open teammate. Goncalves also made some good runs into the attacking half, firing dangerous shots on target.

Cuevas was with the [program_tooltip program_id='295496' first='Dallas' last='Surf'] 09G GA that ended its participation in the U17 Division in the group phase. The midfielder helped them win a point in a 1-1 tie with Solar SC South 09G Cameron in their second match in the event. With the match being played under heavy wind, Cuevas was one of the few players on the team who understood how to best adapt to the situations, avoiding long passes and preferring simple plays. She managed to create some attacking plays with short, quick passing sequences through the middle and also some runs on the ball. The midfielder was also very determined offensively, winning many balls in the center of the field.
