The Girls Academy U15 National Qualifiers provided us with some of the best talent possible at this age. This level of talent at the U15 level was something I hadn't seen so far. Even though I chose only four players, without repeating any teams, I do find it important to note that the players I saw were excellent. These four players were some of the best among the best teams, but there is an abundance of talent in the rest. With that, here are my evaluations for this list.

It only took Sophia one action to convince me that she is a special player. The left winger loves to be a protagonist in the final third with her flair and intelligence. She anticipates the movements defenders make when marking her so that she can leave them behind as if nothing. In one-on-one situations, her quick feet, skill, agility, and ball control all shine through. She skips past defenders for fun, then looks up to see how she wants the play to finish. Her team player virtue is what shines most in these situations. She creates chances for her teammates constantly. Even when her passes don't make it to her desired destination, you can see the intelligence and awareness she has to pull them off anyway.

Tatum played as a striker, and thankfully, she proved to be different from what you would expect from strikers. She deviates from the norm in that she doesn't stay static and let the team play for her. On the contrary, she actively participates in plays even if it means she has to drop far down the pitch. I wouldn't characterize her as a false 9, but if she needed to play that role, she'd excel. Her ball control allows her to play with her back to goal easily. She doesn't struggle playing the ball to a teammate who can create a better play or controlling it to turn and face the goal. Her fastness, both physically and mentally, gives her a great advantage against defenders.

Julia is a skillful and promising attacking talent who can easily play across the face of attack, but performs best as an attacking midfielder. Given the liberty to move how she needs to allows her to be a complete weapon for her team. She can do quick skills that leave her completely open in situations where it seemed improbable. Her runs through the middle are piercing and devastating. She cuts through the opposition like a hot knife through butter, then creates big chances. In other occasions, she takes it all herself and scores some absolute wonder goals. She can work great as a box-crasher too, knowing where to be and not buckling when it comes to finishing.

Ashley is a phenomenal left back with immense potential. Defensively, she operates with the cold-bloodedness you want from any defender. She isn't rash, opting to size the player she's marking up when possible. In whatever case, whether she needs to be quick or calculating, she tackles strongly and cleanly. Offensively, she's a star. Overlapping, inverting, going to the touchline, running in, staying as a passing option, anything you can ask a fullback to do, she does. In her case, she is good at all of these instead of being alright at all without mastering any. She can lead her team out from deep without issue with her blistering pace and great dribbling. Her crosses are great and she even has a knack for getting shots off. She is a complete talent already, with many more years still left to develop.
