McMillian is a goal scorer, but she is not selfish. She has a nose for goal, but is very happy when she sets her teammates up as she will play a nice ball into the area if she makes a wide run, or she can track back, receive the ball and play a ball out wide. However, the Illinois commit is tremendous about putting the ball in the net and can do so in a number of ways. She can slot the ball home when in front, she can score from tough angles, and she can hit a one-time shot on a ball played in. She can use either foot as well.

McMillian is a midfielder on the Sockers GA U19 team. She is a top talent in this class. She offers a bit of everything as an attacking midfielder. Her never-quit attitude shines from game film. She could improve on her control of the ball – especially in using her body to shield off defenders. McMillan’s recent play has shown a elite ability in the final third to create chances for her side. She can be a weapon on the wing as well thanks to those attacking instincts.
