The PrepSoccer ID wrapped up on Sunday from the Toyota Sports Complex in Southern California. The event featured some of the top talent from Southern California as well as some of the best players from all over the country who traveled in for the one-day event.

The 2026 class was especially impressive with depth and quality. The current sophomores stole the show in nearly every position from the player-showcase. Read about some of the standouts from the 2026 class below.

Bianca Willis

Willis was the best center back from the Showcase. Her talent really shined in the 11v11 game where I believe her team did not concede a goal. Every time the opposition had a passing sequence to get forward, she would shut it down. She matched up well against strong forward and did just as well against speedy forwards. She has all the tools to be an immediate starter at a top program at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='82592' first='Giselle' last='Fuentes Gonzalez']

My favorite part about Fuentes Gonzalez's game is that she played every position imaginable and just wanted to play more. She's a midfielder on paper, but she is a soccer player in reality. I thought she looked excellent as a defender - did well in the duel and won the ball cleanly in tackles. She's a skillful player and a good passer. She also had a great finish in the 5v5 games. She is a two-way player who truly has the versatility to play any position.

[player_tooltip player_id='19289' first='Cooper' last='Dick']

Dick impressed scouts at the ECNL National Event in Phoenix. She was back making highlight-reel saves on Sunday. Dick had a mesmerizing sequence during the full-field game. She blocked a hard driven shot to the lower corner of the net. The rebound fell kindly to a quick thinking attacker, but Dick was faster and she was already back up and set to make another save. With lightning quick reactions, athleticism, and good hands, Dick is going to be a top target from the 2026 class among goalkeepers.

[player_tooltip player_id='58773' first='MacKenzie' last='Stearns']

Stearns has impressed me in the past with her defensive quality and two-way instincts as an outside back. She is one of the best left backs in the ECNL in her age group. One aspect of her game that shined from the showcase was her ability in possession games. The coaches challenged the players to play possession games in tight spaces and really put an emphasis on first touch and quick decisions. Stearns shined in both regards. She also leapt over a number of defenders to get a header off a corner kick. Stearns is a player with a great all-around game with a bright future.

[player_tooltip player_id='154559' first='Audrey' last='Abrahams']

Abrahams was one of the best defenders at the event. She was a star during the small-sided games. She did well in using her body to control where the attacking player was allowed to go. She looked very comfortable in 1v1 situations defensively. And super confident on the ball in possession. Abrahams is a player that could develop into an early contributor at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='149765' first='Reese' last='Tremper']

Tremper is another player who recently stood out from the games at ECNL Phoenix. The goalkeeper is tall and athletic. She made a number of great saves at the ECNL event. We challenged the keeps with a number of shots during the small-sided games and Temper met that challenge. She made stop after stop - hands, feet, and anything else. She is a big-time player in this class.

[player_tooltip player_id='83483' first='Grace' last='Ae']

Ae is another goalkeeper from the 2026 group that stood out from the action on Sunday. The shot-stopper was one of the best during the small-sided games. She made a number of impressive saves on close shots, but she also showed her skill with her footwork as she played as an outlet option for her side. When it was 4v4 on the field (plus the goalkeeper), that additional option to pass to was incredibly valuable for playing winning soccer. Ae was also a great communicator. The way she talked to her teammates she was just playing with for the first time was really impressive. Coaches on site were amazed with that part of her game.

[player_tooltip player_id='62930' first='Presley' last='McGowan']

I'm pretty sure McGowan normally plays as center back, but I have her down as playing right back for our scrimmages - part of the process with ID camps is playing out of position and showing coaches your versatility. She certainly showed that. Coaches remarked on her ball-striking ability as well for a defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='83554' first='Ayla' last='Kyoko De Vore']

De Vore played as left back during the end of the session scrimmages. She is an outstanding player in the role. Skillful, strong, and dynamic on the ball. De Vore is a two-way player who can score on shots from outside the box. Coaches remarked on her quality in the shooting drills.

[player_tooltip player_id='126927' first='Jenna' last='Haggard']

Haggard is a 5'11 center back who impressed me with the effort she showed during the full-field games. She was often tasked with marking the center forward and she went into the task with full commitment. The defensive mentality and tall, athletic frame makes her a promising option at that spot.

[player_tooltip player_id='154746' first='Mireya' last='Hardman']

Hardman is listed as a forward on the player profile but I have her down as playing outside back during the scrimmages. The attacker had some standout moments in that role and I believe helped keep a clean sheet from the two games.

[player_tooltip player_id='20069' first='Raegan' last='Kubisch']

Kubisch battled back from an injury during the day to continue to continue to compete and test herself against top competition. She had a strong showing at defense at the end of the day as she found her footing and looked good at center back.
