Vysotskiy is a dynamic player who is just as good on the attack as she is dropping into defense. She uses her speed, and skill moves to break down her opponents who have difficulty marking her while keeping up with her stamina. The sophomore midfielder pushes out to a winger role often to assist in the attack. She is most dangerous from the outside and plays quality balls into the area. The Trojans will need Dariya to be at her best while they navigate some top competition in the 2A State Tournament.

Vysotskiy is a midfielder on the Washington Premier 08 ECNL team. She is a wide midfielder, who can sometimes look like a wingback for her team. The aspect from her game that impressed me was her engine. She was running full-field runs non-stop when she was on the field. She is clean on the ball and pretty good in 1v1 situations. She can navigate in tight spaces, which helps with her work on the touch line. She is a solid defender, and does the work as a two-way player.
