United followed up their victory over Atlanta with another strong effort on Sunday, edging TSF Academy 2-1. Turner was once again the lightning rod on the attack netting a brace for D.C. In addition to his scoring prowess, his passing was on point making several quality passes to the outside to open up the TSF defense. His speed and solid first touch make him a deadly attacking for United although one has to wonder how much longer he will be available for the Academy and when he will receive a Homegrown contract.
