Any ball that comes near him finds his foot as if it were a magnet. He goes into duels with the confidence that he'll come out triumphant, and with good reason too. Finishing matches with multiple steals is normal for him, making him a crucial player in regaining possession. He doesn't necessarily have a comfort zone either, winning the ball back either out wide or in the channels. The way he positions himself in build-up is important too, offering width from deep. If he's not the one carrying it into the middle, he's playing the ball into someone who's making interior runs. His crosses are also another bright spot of his game. He creates many chances with his pinpoint crosses, always finding a teammate in prime finishing position. His linkup play is great too, offloading the ball perfectly when he needs to. If he needs to finish the play himself, he does so with style. If he has a teammate in a better position to score, he'll find him. He's a constant threat in the final third, forcing defenders to always keep an eye on him. Also, he has no problem in dropping deep to circulate the ball and create plays. Defensively, he's very alert and active, always looking to win the ball back no matter how difficult it seems. He's not a slow player either, which makes tracking back or following the ball an easier task for him. His physicality also helps him when he goes into duels to regain possession. When his team is in possession, he constantly offers himself as a passing option. If the play is further down the pitch, he'll drop deep to help advance play. When the play is further up the pitch, he also presents himself as an option if the play is stuck. Just like Caleb, he constantly presents himself as a passing option, but in the final third. In fact, he and Caleb help each other often to advance play in the middle. He always looks to advance play when he receives the ball as well, mostly through passes. Whether it be a pass out wide, to the striker, or a one-two around the box, he's a progressive-thinking player. When he isn't in charge of leading attacking plays, he follows the play to its conclusion.
