Carter is one of the most technically gifted box-to-box midfielders I’ve seen so far. His presence wherever he finds himself is felt immediately, regardless of whether he has the ball or not. On the ball, he finds space to create danger from. His chance creation is fantastic, especially when he’s in or near the box. When he finds himself in pockets of space to operate in without a shooting angle, he picks out a teammate to finish a chance fantastically. With a shooting angle, he makes the opposition pay. His shot accuracy and power are unbelievable.

Castellano-Staib is a right-footed box-to-box midfielder on the Wake FC U15 MLS Next team. He stood out in the game against Charlotte FC with his quality on the ball and comfort in breaking pressure. He’s a true two-way player with excellent defensive instincts. He’s very good at baiting the opposition into passes that he can pick off. On the ball, he uses body feints well to create space. His close control of the ball allow him to dribble through traffic in the center of the field. He’s been outstanding this season in MLS Next play.
