College Commitment Scout Grades

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It is all happening so fast this year. 2027's are flying off the board to different schools. It's a very interesting time in Youth Women's Soccer, as players seem to be more eager to commit to schools than in past years. Is this a good thing for the programs and the players? Only time will tell. It's a fascinating system where kids can commit their futures to a program a whole 2 years before they step on campus. I will be giving out grades to recent commitments. Please keep in mind if you are reading this and you have committed to play at a Division 1 soccer program you are a great soccer player. This looks like a fantastic match to me. She looks really good at the ECNL RL level. I definitely think this is a long term project who will have to get used to the speed of play before making an impact. Diaz is an El Salvadorian international who makes a massive impact on her FC Stars team. Kownaki is a big time defender with two great feet and dominates the air. She's a Northern Virginia Alliance standout. It is difficult for center backs to start in year 1 at the division 1 level so I think she may redshirt or have limited minutes. White is a talented striker whom has a home field advantage over her competition headed into camp. Sometimes staying so close to home can be a great thing for a kid and other times the pressure can be higher as well. I think the next level will be a discussion every year if you're in the Reyes camp when it comes to this situation.
