The Top 5 Players in Illinois’ 2028 Class – Elite Edition Part 1

The top 5 players of the class of 2028 are some of the best players not only in their state, but some have also represented USYN teams in competition across the pond.&nbsp; This group of players will definitely be on the radar of scouts for Power 4 conferences and top-tier Division 1 programs, as well as for national team selections.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>These players are from some of the best teams in the ECNL and Girls Academy system.&nbsp;
