About Charis

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a physical defender who loves winning the ball out of the air. I grew up as a midfielder and attacker so I love to slice through other teams with tactical passes that flip the point of attack. I'm confident on the ball and like to play under control.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have the ability to lock in and be super intense when necessary. But I also love to have fun!

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Young Life Church Cotillion Ranked #5 in my class

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My determination, perseverance, and work ethic have been with me since I was a little kid. I refuse to lose and am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. I've also developed qualities as a leader through learning to be a servant of others. And I think my enthusiasm is contagious!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have watched two of my close friends battle and beat cancer. Any struggle I have had seems insignificant compared to what they have walked through.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a medium to large size school somewhere in the south. I love warm weather and the beach! I'm also interested in broadcast journalism specifically.
