<p class="p1">The U.S. U15 Boys National Team trailed Belgium 0-2 in the second half of the final game from group play at the 2022 Torneo delle Nazioni in Italy. With their backs against the wall and an early exit for the International tournament looming, USA came alive immediately off the kick off following the second Belgium goal.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<p class="p1">USA midfielder [player_tooltip player_id="33304" first="Kyrome" last="Lumsden"] played provider with a cross into the box that forward Ruben Ramos finished to pull USA back within one goal. Ramos was a bright spot in the first half as the center forward hit the crossbar on a shot early on in the game and then had a header hit off the poster.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<p class="p1">USA pulled the score level minutes later when the high-pressure resulted in a turnover that eventually found Lumsden’s feet. The midfielder played a great pass to Gavin Turner on the right wing who was taken out from behind. Lumsden stepped up and finished the shot from the spot for the equalizer.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">In the final minutes of the game, USA found the winner and once again it was Lumsden in the middle of the action. He linked up with Nimfasha Berchimas for a quick combination in the center of the field. Lumsden then played the ball into the feet of [player_tooltip player_id="12613" first="Caden" last="Glover"], who did exceptionally well with his first touch to get the ball out from under his feet and into the space in front of him. Glover finished the chance with his second touch.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">USA held on late to the Belgium pressure and secured the victory to finish top of Group B at the tournament. The knock-out round of the competition kicks off on Friday.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
