Moreno had a very consistent performance for Austin, contributing to the team’s backline’s strong effort. He started the match at right back and then moved to the left, keeping his level of play steady on either side. Moreno was flawless defensively, using his size to dominate opponents and holding his own in 1v1 duels by making plays to win the ball at the right time. He pushed forward more often in the second half and showed good quality to support the offense with his intelligent passing. The outside back had a great chance to score after a corner kick, but saw Inter Miami ‘s goalkeeper stop his shot with a kick save.
