How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I bring a relentless work ethic to every game, backed by extra hours I dedicate each week with my strength, conditioning, and skills coaches. On the field, I play with intelligence and vision, combining physicality with a strong presence in 50/50 challenges, especially aerial battles. I'm confident under pressure, with a reliable first touch and the ability to maintain possession in tight spaces.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I joined Sting Black for the 2023-24 season and they were an established top 5 ECNL team in the country. Most of the players in the usual starting lineup had already been on this team and with the coach for the prior 4-5 years. I have had to work extra hard to earn my playing time last season and this season and it has taught me to never give up and if you put in the hard work, it will pay off!

Henard was inside the top ten of midfielders, ranking ninth in the position, and was given the 32nd overall spot in Texas. She plays for Parish Episcopal at the high school level and is part of the strong Sting Royal U19 team in the ECNL league. Sting stands out as a team for their intensity and ball movement and Henard plays a big role in it, helping pull the strings from midfield. She moves very well off the ball, always offering a passing option to her teammates, and is even better when in possession, doing a great job of holding on to the ball in the center of the field and moving it around with great intelligence. The midfielder uses her long frame to win physical duels in the center of the field and also stops opposing offensive plays by stepping up to cut passing lanes.
