Fontenot is a rare prospect in this class due to her height, athleticism, and readiness for the next level. The Ohio 2028 class has a number of brilliant stars, but very few athletic prospects who jump off the screen with game film. Fontenot fits the bill as a player who looks like a college player already and still has quite a bit of time at the club game ahead. She is a center back with a previous history as a dominant center forward. There’s a path to her being an impact player in either role.
