Anna is a handful for any defender with her speed and strength. She gets in good positions with or without the ball and can create a chance out of next to nothing. She’ll be one to watch over the next several years.

Anna earned a call-up to the U15 Girls National Team training camp in November and when you watch her, it’s evident why. She was a handful for defenders all weekend. She read the game very well, getting in dangerous positions both with and without the ball. She seemed to be able to create chances for for herself when and where it seemed like VDA did not otherwise have an attacking threat. One has to think she will be a name to watch over the next few years.

Change is a forward on the VDA 2010 ECNL team. She is part of the US Soccer U15 Girls National Team. She was also named to the ECNL Girls Mid-Atlantic All-Conference team last season. She plays as the center forward for her club team. She is playing up an age group at the club level. Change still stands out as one of the best while playing up an age group. She’s skillful, strong, and a great finisher. She shines in the hold-up play with her close control and decision-making. She does well in spinning off defenders and creating chances with her passes. Change has all the tools to be among the best center forwards in this class in the country for a long time. 

Anna is a striker who makes the job for her teammates in attack much easier. With an immense ability to hold up play, she allows her wingers to run into space that she opens up. Because of her positioning, she drags the center-backs out. This, combined with her great physicality, allows for effective attacks to flourish centrally. Her link-up play makes sure that the ball always finds its way forward, even if her back is to goal. Though her main attribute is being the defensive magnet, she is also technically gifted and fast. Her dribbles are smooth and effective, leaving defenders in the dust with the same ease with which she muscles them away in build-up. When she’s in the box, her shots are both strong and dangerous.
