About Audrey

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a composed center back who reads the game well and helps organize the defense effectively. I am strong in connecting passes, defending 1 vs. 1 and winning headers. I stay calm under pressure while confidently playing the ball out of the back. My communication, positioning, and leadership help keep the defensive line organized throughout the game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

As a center back, I have a strong and focused mentality. I stay calm under pressure, communicate with my teammates, and always put the team first. I am competitive, disciplined, and willing to work hard to protect the goal and keep the defense organized.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently involved with the following organizations at Notre Dame High School: 1) Moreau Mentors - mentorship program for incoming freshman 2) Ambassador Program - Notre Dame ambassadors are responsible for promoting the school and working different events throughout the school year focused on recruitment of new students and alumni functions. 3) ASB Sophomore Class

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through soccer, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. As a center back, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, encourage my teammates, and help organize the defense during games. I have also learned the importance of discipline, hard work, and accountability, both on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge I faced was breaking my foot during the ECNL spring season and being out for two months. Missing games and practices were difficult, but I stayed focused on recovery and worked hard to come back stronger. The experience taught me perseverance, patience, and the importance of having a strong mindset.

What type of college are you looking for?

My ideal college would let me play D1 or D2 soccer while also offering strong academics and a good social environment. I want a school where I can compete at a high level, succeed in the classroom, and build strong relationships with teammates and other students. It is important to me to grow both as a student, an athlete and as a person.
