Wang put an excellent shift in for the De Anza Force in their 6-4 win against GSA. Flashed excellent touch and vision in the attacking third springing her front line loose on a number of occasions. She scored the final goal for De Anza after getting dragged down for a penalty and converting it herself.

She’s a top-tier two-way midfielder who can get it done on both ends of the pitch. I’ve evaluated her in at least 5 other ECNL matches. At each match, she was always a key component in the Force attack. At times, she seemed to move the ball effortlessly, pairing with another midfielder or runners in the channels. At the Phoenix Showcase, Audrey looked strong with her comeback tourney and helped her team to a 1-1-1 showing. Just recently, she was invited to the US Soccer ID Center in Bakersfield, CA, for 2010G players. It was great to see Audrey back on the pitch, and it will be awesome to see if the De Anza captain and her team get into playoff contentions now that she is back and stronger than ever.

Wang is a midfielder on the De Anza Force 2010 ECNL team. She is one of the top two-way midfielders in Northern California. Wang’s best plays come in the transition moments of the game because they highlight her strengths – excellent defender, quick decisions, and aggressive play style. She shined bright during the postseason events last season.

Wang is another standout from the De Anza side. She is a great two-way player. She had moments in the game against Challenge SC when she looked like the best player on the field by far. She has excellent vision and a real feel for the weight of the pass in attempts to play in behind the defense. She sees passes that not many players in the 2010 age group see or even attempt.

She’s a standout defensively as well. She jumps into passing lanes and is active in the tackle. She is an excellent box-to-box midfielder.

Her PK shot went low right post, just outside of the reach of the goalkeeper. It was a solid shot with good pace and accuracy to the side netting. Wang also played a critical part in moving the ball into scoring range, and she and tandem midfielder Neirah Hafis made it difficult for Mustang SC to take their offense through the midfield.

Delivered precise through passes throughout the match.  Hitting players in stride and placing them directly at their feet.  It was somewhat like a passing clinic on how to make precise long passes to get your team into highly effective scoring range. Audrey was also credited for an assist on the day and she even got goal #3 started by sending a long through ball to Guillebreaux, who got the assist. She also demonstrated the ability to dictate the tempo of the match. Great touch and cut moves kept her opponents at bay. Her presence in the midfield was critical to the high-powered Force attack.
