About Austin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a confident and composed player who enjoys taking on 1v1 situations and making decisive plays. I’m aggressive when needed, especially coming off my line and attacking the ball. I take pride in making difficult saves, especially reacting quickly and reaching for top corner shots. At the same time, I stay calm under pressure and focus on building out from the back, helping my team keep posses.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I take pride in leading on and off the field, as a goalie our job is to be vocal and i am very vocal with my teammates and letting them know where to be in the right time.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in NHS

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership, I make it my goal to learn everything about my teammates that way i don’t be them in an uncomfortable position and i can give them helpful advice.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Recently I fractured my elbow, it was hard because i have never faced anything like it. it sidelined me for 3 months. As a goalkeeper we have to use our arms a lot so i still feel it when i save the balls but it motivates me to do better and get better.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that can help me develop as a soccer player. I want to be challenged and get better everyday.
