Yurko was one of the standouts on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds 07 ECNL team that advanced to the North America Cup Championship game. The captain of the side plays as the left center back. She really stood out from the action for how she anticipates the play. She was always in the right spot, and better yet she was making the correct play to help her team win. She was a difficult defender to get past because she eliminated mistakes and played with confidence. When defending 1v1, she was physical and smart with her challenges. Her performance against Orlando City really stands out because she showed that she can handle the pace and skill of the forwards she is likely to face at the Division I level.
