About Braelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Love to team up and attack. I think with my link up play I can provide attacking options for myself as well as others.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m passionate and have an intensity on the pitch. I love the game and I want to be my best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m a 4x Wesley award recipient. I Like to write and will have my AA degree along with my diploma at the end of this year. Outside of the soccer field I’m an introvert who loves to listen to music and read.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m a leader by example, and I’m working on being more vocal.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve played a year with a torn labrum in my hip. My last high school season and club season was me learning other ways to play so I could help my team(s). It was a mental and physical challenge. I feel like I learned so much and now I’m cleared after surgery in May and can’t wait! Look forward to the season. High school first and then club. Let’s gooooo!

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a team atmosphere where we can push eachother to be our best , but also be supportive. A place that wants to create excellence through teamwork and energy and community.
