He likes to keep the game in front of him as he tends to be the last option for his side. He reads the play and makes the right move to cut out the threat or organize his teammates around him. He is a physical defender when in the tackle. He is right-footed and has excellent technique in ball striking. Matthew Gray, the left back, was also a standout for Marin FC.
