Eden is an exciting attacking talent whose best position is hard to pin down because of how well she performs anywhere. She has the pace and skill to play out wide on either side. When she’s up against a marker out wide, she shows how much of a headache she can be for them with her movements. Centrally, as a 9, her movements are still just as good. This is especially noticeable with her movements off the ball. Her movements into space create a clear passing lane for her teammates to pick her out in. When pressing, she is relentless. She’ll press as hard as she can until she, or a teammate, regains possession. When she gets the ball through on goal in either scenario, she has the composure to slot the ball home calmly.

Big win for the University of Washington as they get news of Capps commitment. I do have climate concerns coming across the country from Carolina to Seattle but if that can be overcome this looks like a great fit. Capps is a dynamic striker who can score and create. The NC Courage attacker has the potential to make an immediate impact with the Huskies.
